Basic Information

Enclosure:

Galvanized sheet steel DX51D+Z275, 1.5 mm thick, painted in standard RAL7032 color (other options available according to the project).

Supplied Components

Included in the package:

  • The cabinet, its product passport, and the user manual;
  • pamatas (jeigu komplektuojami);
  • Door keys: 1 piece for the transit section door, and for the metering section according to the number of electricity meters.

Cabinets can be assembled taking into account the customer's requests, provided this does not compromise compliance with established safety requirements.

Conditions of Use

  • Installation, maintenance, and repair of the cabinet must be performed by appropriately qualified electrotechnical personnel.
  • Selection of the installation site, installation, and commissioning must be carried out in accordance with the ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION RULES. The cabinet must be installed in a vertical position by burying the foundation to a depth of 60 cm in the ground. The maximum permissible deviation from the vertical position is no more than 5°. The cable entry must be installed in accordance with the requirements of the "Electrical Installation Rules (LT)" through the front part of the foundation and the opening in the bottom of the cabinet. The cabinet is earthed via an earthing terminal mounted on the outer side wall of the cabinet. The cabinets are secured with bolted connections. The tightening torques for the cabinet's bolted connections must be: for M6 bolts – 10 Nm; M8 – 22 Nm; M10 – 30 Nm; M12 – 40 Nm.

Transport and Storage

  • Prior to installation at the site of use, electrical distribution cabinets must be stored indoors or protected from atmospheric influences.
  • Electrical distribution cabinets can be transported using various covered vehicles. During lifting and transportation, impacts and mechanical damage must be avoided.
  • The cabinets are packed in corrugated cardboard boxes reinforced with adhesive tape.
  • There is a nameplate on the cabinet and the foundation providing information about the product type, the product's serial number, and the consignee.

Operation and Use

  • The product may only be operated and maintained by electrotechnical personnel who possess the necessary electrotechnical qualifications, are familiar with the operating instructions of the devices installed in the equipment, and act in accordance with the 'Safety Rules for the Operation of Electrical Installations' as well as other documents, regulatory acts, and requirements governing work procedures in the energy sector, alongside procedures established by the operator.
  • Before putting the electrical equipment into operation, it is necessary to:
    • visually inspect whether any visible mechanical damage has occurred or if any connections have loosened during transport and installation;
    • check whether any foreign objects or debris remain in the cabinet, on the busbars, connections, or devices;
    • check whether the equipment is connected to the earthing loop, and whether all metal structures requiring earthing are earthed in accordance with the rules;
    • UAB 'ArmetLina' has performed 'Routine verification' in accordance with LST EN 61439, and internal resistance measurements were conducted and documented in a test report;
    • tests and measurements during commissioning and operation must be performed by the installers and the operating organization in accordance with the applicable procedures;
    • UAB 'ArmetLina' recommends performing maintenance 1 year after the installation of the cabinet, but the maintenance interval can also be determined by the responsible personnel of the operating organization;
    • defects identified during inspections must be rectified immediately during the technical inspection, depending on their nature;
    • fuse-switch disconnectors and circuit breakers must be operated in accordance with their manufacturer's operating instructions;

Manufacturer's Warranty

  • The product is provided with the following guarantees:
    • a service life of 25 years;
    • a warranty period of 24 months.
  • The warranty period begins on the date the invoice is issued.
  • The frequency of technical inspections for the product is every 6 years, or at intervals determined by the operator, depending on the operating environment.
  • The warranty is void if damage is caused by:
    • transportation of the product after delivery to the location specified in the contract;
    • errors made during the installation of the product;
    • failure to comply with the operating instructions of the product or its components;
    • alterations or modifications made without complying with the manufacturer's technical requirements and without prior agreement with the manufacturer;
    • malfunctions resulting from user negligence or mechanical damage;
