EU-funded project

During the project, a B2B and B2C custom manufacturing platform will be designed and developed — a self-service system where clients can order specific configurations of the company’s products (e.g., electrical switchboards) manufactured by Armetlina. The tangible outcome will be increased automation of the sales process and clearer visibility of work progress for clients, enabling Armetlina to allocate more resources to production processes, which will also become more efficient due to future integration.
The overall result will be a modern self-service tool for clients and increased efficiency in utilizing the company’s human resources, enabling tangible growth in company revenue. The self-service system will be integrated with the production system; the client places an order through the self-service platform, and the information is then transmitted to the production system. Clients will be able to track their order status in real time and make payments.

The IT solution will be developed with the assistance of an external IT company.
