UAB Armetlina is a company providing professional and high-quality services.
Company activities: We design and manufacture medium- and low-voltage electrical equipment and their metal structures.
By improving the quality of the company's management and service delivery processes, and aiming to ensure the successful and focused development of the company as well as a stable and competitive market position, we strive to:
- conduct activities in compliance with the Lithuanian Republic’s legal acts regulating the business sector and other requirements that the organization commits to fulfill in order to ensure compliance with the standards ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018;
- continuously improve the effectiveness of the management system, taking into account performance results as well as feedback from clients, partners, and employees;
- continuously improve relationships with our partners and suppliers;
- promote the professional development of employees;
- implement innovations and seek solutions to improve service quality;
- guarantee safe and healthy working conditions for employees, and to help employees understand their own responsibility in protecting their own safety and health as well as that of others;
- implement preventive measures against employee injuries or illnesses—ensuring risk management is proactive rather than reactive;
- protect the environment, including pollution prevention;

- ensure safe and healthy working conditions for employees, preventing work-related injuries and illnesses;
- conduct activities in compliance with the legal requirements of the Republic of Lithuania on environmental protection and employee safety and health;
- continuously improve the effectiveness of the management system, taking into account performance results as well as feedback from clients, partners, and employees;
- ensure employees and their representatives have the opportunity to consult and participate in the company's management system.
